Bespoke design fees cover the creative design and consultation services included in your chosen experience. Finished wedding flowers are quoted separately. Design fees are not deducted from subsequent flower orders.

We review your enquiry, confirm your design package and arrange payment. After booking, you receive access to your private design conversation.

We request formal approval of your final design. Production begins once approval is received and your bouquet payment is settled.
One design can be adapted into different bouquet sizes without an additional design fee. Small variations and completely new designs may carry an additional creative fee, always agreed with you first.
