No. Our bouquets are handcrafted using high-quality artificial flowers, satin and ribbon finishes, and our signature pearl bead detailing. They are designed to be beautiful keepsakes that can be treasured long after your wedding day.
What makes Rachaels Maids bouquets unique?
Each bouquet is individually handmade, with our signature pearl bead detailing incorporated into the design. We combine artificial florals, ribbons, satin finishes and carefully selected embellishments to create distinctive bridal pieces.
Are the bouquets handmade?
Yes. Every Rachaels Maids bouquet is handmade, so slight variations may occur between pieces. These small differences are part of what makes each bouquet unique.
Customisation
Can I customise my bouquet?
Yes. Many of our designs can be customised. Depending on the bouquet, you may be able to choose your flower colour, ribbon or satin colour, pearl details, size and other finishing touches.
Do you create completely custom bouquets?
Yes. We welcome bespoke orders. If you have a particular wedding colour scheme, bouquet style or inspiration in mind, contact us to discuss creating something especially for your wedding.
Can you match my wedding colours?
We will do our best to match or complement your wedding colour palette. You can send us photographs, colour references or fabric swatches for guidance.
Will the colours look exactly the same as they do on my screen?
Colours can vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings. As our products are handmade, there may also be small variations between materials and batches.
Sizes & Wedding Party
What bouquet sizes do you offer?
We offer different sizes suitable for brides, bridesmaids, junior bridesmaids and flower girls. Available sizes and measurements are shown on the individual product pages.
Can I order matching bouquets for my entire bridal party?
Yes. We can create coordinated pieces for your bridal party, including bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, junior bridesmaid or flower girl bouquets and matching boutonnieres for the groom and groomsmen.
Do you make boutonnieres/buttonholes?
Yes. We create matching boutonnieres that can be coordinated with your chosen bouquet design and wedding colours.
Ordering
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering as early as possible, particularly during busy wedding seasons. Because our bouquets are handmade, allowing plenty of time gives us the opportunity to create and prepare your order without unnecessary pressure.
How long does it take to make my bouquet?
Production times vary depending on the design, quantity and level of customisation required. Please check the individual product page for current processing times.
Can I place a rush order?
Rush orders may sometimes be possible depending on our current workload and the design required. Please contact us before ordering if your wedding date is approaching.
Can I order just one bouquet?
Absolutely. You can order a single bridal or bridesmaid bouquet, or create a coordinated collection for your whole wedding party.
Delivery
Do you deliver throughout the UK?
Yes. We offer delivery within the UK. Available delivery options and estimated times are provided during checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
International delivery may be available to selected destinations. Delivery times, customs procedures and any applicable import charges will depend on the destination country.
What happens if my international order is held by customs?
International parcels may occasionally be delayed by customs in the destination country. Customers are responsible for responding to their local customs authority and for any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges.
How will my bouquet be packaged?
Your bouquet will be carefully packaged to help protect the flowers, pearl detailing and overall shape while in transit.
After Your Bouquet Arrives
How should I store my bouquet before my wedding?
Keep your bouquet in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and moisture. We recommend keeping it safely stored in its packaging until closer to your wedding day.
Can I keep my bouquet after my wedding?
Yes! One of the benefits of choosing an artificial bouquet is that it can become a lasting keepsake from your wedding day.
How do I clean my bouquet?
We recommend gently removing dust with a soft, dry cloth or soft brush. Avoid soaking the bouquet or using harsh cleaning products, particularly around ribbons, pearls and other embellishments.
Changes, Returns & Problems
Can I change my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once work has started on a handmade or personalised order, we may not be able to make further changes.
Can customised bouquets be returned?
Because personalised and made-to-order products are created specifically for you, different return conditions may apply. Please check our Returns Policy before ordering.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where appropriate. We want you to be happy with your Rachaels Maids order and will review the issue and available resolution options.
